With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald John Schorle of Seville, Ohio, born in Sterling, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Janet Maibach, Gene Schorle, Joanne Cohen, Bernard "Pete" Schorle, Ruth Slater, Robert Schorle and Tommy Schorle.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jeanne Buckingham; his daughters, JoEtta (Fred Sheppard), Mary (Robin Prinkey) and Denee Schorle of Seville; his grandchildren, Todd (Katy Sheppard), Tonya (Don Hartwell) and Lori Prinkey (Joshua Hartman); his great grandchildren, Spencer, Logan, Bryana, Katie, Nathan, Ayden, Evelyn and Lukas; his brother Kenny; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Schorle of Tennessee, Gay Winebarger of North Carolina, Carolyn Schorle of Florida and Linda Schorle of Ohio. He is also survived by wife, loving daughters, and grandchildren.
