He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slabaugh and Mary Slabaugh; his brother Derle; and his daughter Mary Lou. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tanya Johnson and Randy (Brenda); his brother Jerry (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Ryan and Brandon. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
