He is survived by: his wife Dena Allen; his siblings, John Allen of Old Orchard, Maine and Cynthia Horton of Scarborough, Maine; and his children, Christina Hammond, Julie Allen and Kenneth Harmon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
