He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Starkey and Mildred Starkey (Myers); his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Albert Nitz. He is survived by: his son Brad (Patty); and his sister Mary Kay Warlop (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
