He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Howard); his children, Mike Kubick (Diane Marino), Sandy Goss (Bill), Deb Pyles, Dan Kubick (Susan) and Barb Welch; his sister Marlene Kubick; his grandchildren, Jason, Angie, Samantha (Jeff), Tim, Adam, Nicky, Justin (Kayla) and Alex; his great grandchildren, Ty, Peyton, Lilli, Trinity, Zoe, Logan, Lucas, Amelia and Jace; and his great great grandchild Violet.
