She is survived by: her husband Rodger Fisher of Senecaville; her daughters, Nikki Saffell (Andrew) of Flushing, Shannon Smith (Daniel) of Wheeling, WV and Jessica Kuhn (Shane) of Centerville; her stepdaughter Juile Stewart of Pensacola, FL; her brother Charles Pelkey of St. Clairsville; and her stepbrother Clarence Morgan of Bridgeport. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
