He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kapolka and Sophia Kapolka (Malec); his sister Margaret Stetzey; and his brother-in-law William 'Red Neptune. He is survived by: his wife Robin Kapolka (Glover); his daughters, Sophia Kapolka, Carole Fehrman (Cody) of Greenville, SC, Amanda Voytko (Robert) of Winston-Salem, NC and Michelle Kapolka English (Andy) of Shaker Heights; his sister Lillian Neptune of Maple Heights; and his grandchildren, Ryker, Rhen, Abbey and Drew. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Family and friends are all welcome, but due to COVID-19, FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.
