She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Neff. She is survived by: her parents, Frank Touvell and Carol Touvell (Long) of Lore City; her children, Dale M. Neff (Nicole) of Lore City and Chelsea Wilson (Robby) of Lore City; her sister Kerry Stahovec (Brian) of Lore City; and her grandchildren, Tanner, Ellie and Peyton.
