She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Kostelnik and Mary Kostelnik (Pelick); her children, Sheri Anne Bolton and Peter Kosmerl; her brother Mickey; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Kostelnik and Mary Ann Kostelnik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura King (Dennis) of Cambridge and Tina House (Kim) of Powell; her brother Jim Kostelnik of Mentor; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joshua, Crystal, Anthony, Natalie and Keri Ann; and her great grandchildren, Bradley, Bradon, Ellie Anna, Juliette and Brianne. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
