He was predeceased by: his wife Ellie; and his siblings, Helen Herns and Bill Merchant. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Potts (Eddie) of Salesville and Jeff DeBold of Florida; his grandchildren, Adam Potts (Jenny) and Sarah Potts; his great grandchildren, Blaze of Senecaville, Noah of Senecaville and Emme Potts of Senecaville; his siblings, Elinore, Jeanie and Jerry; and his niece Susan Williams (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
