He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Williams and Daisy Williams (Secrest); his son Timothy Dean Williams; his stepmother Fern Williams; and his brother Raymond Dale Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Williams (Brenda) of Pleasant City, Theresa Matvey (Joe) of Liberty Twp, Tina Allen of Zanesville, Anita Williams of Otsego and Alisha Williams; and his stepbrother Virgil "Butch" Davis of Caldwell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
