He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert M. Rouviere and Isabelle Rouviere (Arnal); his wife Clara Ann Rouviere (Norton); his sister Dolores "Day" Rouviere; and his grandson Garrett Morrow.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Gazda (Rich) of Coraopolis, PA, Cyndy Smith of Southern Maryland, Sherrie Sweeney of Baden, PA, Michelle Wilson (Randy) of Hookstown, PA and Bruce Taggart of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Jason Morris, Brandon Morrow, Danielle Hazel, Raghen Morrow Blazer, Cory Gazda, Rachel Wilson, Tyler Morris, Jody Gazda, Emma Wilson Polcha, Abbie Wilson and Noah Wilson; his great grandchildren, Reece, Brycen, Chandler, Brooks, Reid, Siena and Marshall; and his cousins, Sassy and Jack Russell. He is also survived by numerous step-children, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
