She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Morrow; and her children, Ronald Millard and Penny Frame. She is survived by: her sons, Fred Millard (Bonnie), Carl Millard (Marie) and Tommy Millard (Rhonda). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
