He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his siblings, Mary Kay Andrews (Todd Brune), David Utley Gary Utley (Debbie) and Karen Babik (Mark); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ally, Andrea, Kristen, Brandon, Bryan, Stephen, Brent, Peter and Tom. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
