She is survived by: her children, Pamela Sue Bennett of Alliance, Kevin Estill Rowe (Tina) of Sebring, Fredrick Rowe of Alliance, Kenneth Rowe of Alliance and Nathan Charles Rowe of Alliance; her siblings, Pauline Green, Carolyn M. Blake, Gloria Rogers, Becky Gandee, Kenny Gandee, Tim Gandee and Kim Gandee; her sister-in-law Ada Stout; her son Fred; and her grandson Kenneth. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
The family asked the proper social distancing and wearing of masks if possible.
