He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Biggar Jr. (Ashley) and Zachary Clair; his siblings, Margaret Biggar Roach, Robert (Cynthia Leeson), Larry (Tina) and Michael; his grandchildren, Dani R. Biggar and Debbie Riesen; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Roach, Amber Jiminez, Virgil Roach and Earl Biggar; his great-nephews, Virgil Roach Jr., Mason and Thiago Jiminez; and his great-niece Chloe Hancock.
