He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Lemasters; his siblings, Kenneth, Charles, Leonard and Virginia; and his son-in-law Andy Orsburn.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Conner of Sebring, Marlene Orsburn of Sebring, Carolyn Hoy (David) of Deerfield and Richard Lemasters (Deanna) of Minerva; his sisters, Betty Biggs of Alliance and Lina Gandee of Alliance; his sister-in-law Rebecca Gandee; and his grandchildren, Christine Irey (Jason), Alicia Neininger (Kevin), Peggy Sheen (Jim), Jennifer Cline (Johnathon), Robbie Conner, Rebecca Brooks (Josh), Kayland Conner, Kristen Hoy and Collin Hoy. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
