She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Morr and Una Morr (Ackerman); her sister Anita Malmsberry; her grandson Brenton Kinser; and her stepson Ronald Talbott.
She is survived by: her husband William E. Talbott Jr.; her sons, David Kinser (Mary) of Salem, OH, Richard Kinser of Cheswick, PA, Randall Kinser (Brian Kinser) of Malvern, OH and William E. Talbott (Raymond Talbott) of Sutherlin, OR; her grandchildren, Kristen Kinser of Massillon, OH, Stephanie Kinser-Richendollar (Kenneth), Christopher Kinser of Sebring, Jonathan Kinser (Jessica) of Mesa, AZ, Joshua L. Kinser of Malvern, Zachary Kinser (Lauren) of Avella, PA, Denise Exline (Doug) of Salem, David Miller (Angela) of Charlotte, NC, Tessa Ann Long (Kris) of Rosebury, OR and Yasha Talbott of Sutherlin, OR.; and her great grandchildren, Camryn, Leah Kinser, Kylie Jane, Logan Richendollar, Oliver Kinser, Owen, Eli Kinser, Tavian, Jalen Pope, Ellysa, Blaize and Bairon Exline.
