She is survived by: her husband Jay Simmons; her children, Julia Cerepak (Ed) of Diamond and Mike Nichols (Tracey) of Tallmadge; her sisters, Vida Freeman of San Anselmo, CA and Lynn Troutman of Lexington, VA; her stepchildren, Jeff Simmons (Karen) of Columbiana, Jennine Woolf (Bruce) of Winona and Pam Sullivan (Larry) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Cara Donati (Joe) of Rescue, CA, Ray Cerepak and James Cerepak of Jackson, CA; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Lia and Emma Donati of Rescue, CA..
