He is survived by: his parents, Randy Warner and Debbie Warner (Criss); his son Kingston Warner; his brothers, Tyler and Justen Warner; his grandparents, Beverly Warner and Shirley Criss; his aunts and uncles, Rita Ward (Dave), Teri Trunzo (Tony), Robert Warner (Cheryl), Irene Maurer, Linda Smith (Gary), Mike Warner (Caren) and Jeff Warner; and his niece Keagan Warner.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Matthew's honor at any Huntington Bank for a fund set up for his son Kingston.
