It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Schmidt of Sebring, Ohio, born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David McCallen and Ruth McCallen (Allison); her husband Richard Schmidt; and her sister Dorothy McCallen. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Schmidt (Sue), David Schmidt (Laura), Debra Schmidt, Linda Burkey (Bob) and Diane Burke (Tim); her grandchildren, Matt Taafe (Sarah), John Burkey (Ally), Rachel Schmidt of Michael Schmidt, T. J, Richard Schmidt, Erin Stewart (Mason), Christopher Burke, Daniel Schmidt (Brittany) and Nathan Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Maura Tomko, Aubrey Burkey and Ryan Burkey.
Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Annual Diocesan Appeal of the Diocese of Youngstown.
