She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Smith and Iva Smith (Stearns); and her sisters, Wilma Yauman and Shirley Smith. She is survived by: her husband Clifford Hayes; and her daughter Bonnie Hayes of Huron, Ohio.. She is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
