We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2022, at the age of 83, Loleta June Mercer of Sebring, Ohio, born in Centralia, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Gibson and Gerldine Gibson (Barker); her former husband James H. Johnson; her husband William H. Mercer; and her siblings, Shelva Lilly, Orvalene Price and Charles Gibson.

She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Johnson (Debbie) of Elyria, Sharon K. Irvin (Claude) of West Virginia, James P. Johnson of Sebring and Danny L. Johnson of Sebring; and her siblings, Linda Allen (Ronald), Mary Colgrove (Ed), Roger Gibson (Barbara), Homer Gibson (Louetta), Jack Gibson (Brenda) and Bernard Gibson (Brenda). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
