He is survived by: his children, Diana Butch (Dennis) of Salem, Jeffrey Culp (Tina) of Salem and Debra Shannon of Iowa; his brothers, Kenneth Culp (Virginia) of California and Charles Culp (Louise) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jacob Carreon, Ashley Culp, Jeffrey Culp Jr., Robert, Brandon Culp, Kaitlyn and Bryce Shannon; his great grandchildren, Maci, Conrad, Ethan and Sky; and his siblings, Wayne, Glendora Senvisky, Martha Sheppard, Evelyn Cavanagh and Eloise Culp.
