He was predeceased by: his father Keith A. Koons Sr.; his grandparents, Virginia Mike, Kenny Koons, Mary Matheos and Mike Matheos; and his uncle Ray Leek.
He is survived by: his stepparents, Debbie Skinner and Jerry Martin; his children, Kiara Rose Koons, Dakota Frame, Keith Koons III and Kameron Koons; his sister Kelly Koons; and his grandchildren, Brylie Koons, Luna Frame and Carla Collins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
