She is survived by: her husband Sam Sweely; her children, Jessica Cook (Jason), Samuel Sweely Jr., Jacob, Alexis and Cheyenne Brown; her brother John Robinson; her grandchildren, Hunter, Emily Blake, Lydia Cook, Nicole and Cody Cook; her nephews, Zachary Robinson (Mary) and Garrett Robinson; and her parents-in-law, David and Susan Sweely.
