He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley F. Verh and Jean Verh (Rude); his son Johnny Verh Jr.; and his sister Barbara McMullen. He is survived by: his daughter Rose; his grandchildren, Spring LeMasters (Bryan) and Becky Blake (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Doris Kiser (Keith), Jimmy McMullen, Virgil McMullen, Jeannie Verh, Jimmy Verh, Jessie Verh and Jo Ann Verh.
