He was predeceased by: his father Fred Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diane Smith (Demark); his children, Brian Smith (Barbara) of Beloit, Kevin Smith (Cindy) of New Philadelphia, Karen Smith and Steven Smith (Robi) of Sebring; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Steven, Jeremy, Jenna, Drew, Jessica, Markie, Mike, Katie, Brandt, Stevi Rae and Sydney. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
