She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester W. Gattrell and Ruth E. Gattrell (Watson); her husband David E. Cowan Jr.; and her brother James Gattrell. She is survived by: her nephews, Bob Gattrell and Jeff Gattrell; and her niece Vickie Gattrell of Cambridge, Ohio. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
