We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2023, at the age of 89, Jay Richard Billingsley (Sebring, Ohio), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Billingsley and Elizabeth Schwakopf Billingsley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Harriett Ison Billingsley; his children, Laura Brodie (Jim), Kate Mueller (Brad) and Paul Billingsley (Johanna); his grandchildren, Allison Pawluk (Matt), James Brodie (Karlie), Kurt Mueller, Jacob Mueller, Kayla Billingsley and Drew Billingsley; and his great grandchildren, Davin, Brooklyn and James.
