He is survived by: his children, Erin Jo Hill and Joshua Ryan Allen Hill; his grandchildren, Brylin "Charlie" Stull, Jaycee "Frankie" Ward and Jolene "Tommie" Ward; his close friend Katrina Williams; his siblings, Dorothy Jane Hafner, Juanita M. Carter, Patty E. Binckley, Bonnie Stancato (Jim), Laura Jones (Matt), Melissa Murphy (Keith), Tabitha A. Hill, Carl W. Hill, Robert Hill (Betty), James E. Hill, Ralph Hill (Kim), Lawrence J. Hill and Bill W. Hill; his pets, Maverik, Jed and Oakley; and also, Reed and Brienna Williams.
In lieu of flowers the funeral home is accepting donations to help with Howie's final expenses.
