She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Dittus and Bonnie Dittus; and her husband Rev. Walter Paul Brown. She is survived by: her children, Paula Archdeacon (Carl) of Newark, Chris Brown (Shari) of Ashland, Mark Brown of Yuma and Beth Ann Chiles (Chris) of Brevard; her grandchildren, Thomas Archdeacon (Kristin Proctor) of Albuquerque, Carla Jo Morris (Christopher) of Newark, Rachael Youmans (Nathan) of Sparks, Micah Chiles (Wendy Hu) of Jersey City, Rebekah Brown of San Diego and Aaron Chiles (Erin Maxwell) of Raleigh; and her great grandchildren, Harper Morris and Theodore Hu Chiles.
