He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Starkey and Venetia Starkey (Johnson); and his brothers, Paul and Gilbert Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Starkey (Case); his sons, Jerry Starkey (Jaci) of Plain City, Gene Starkey of London and Brian Starkey of Paris; and his siblings, Carolyn Salsbury of Parma, Connie Bradshaw (Tom) of Michigan and David Starkey (Linda) of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
