He is survived by: his parents, Harold Jr. Kelley and Patricia Kelley (Sanders) of Sebring; his wife Jennifer Kelley (Lipply); his son Alexander William Kelley; his pet Fern; his siblings, Robert, Elizabeth Kelley (Barker) of Lancaster Oh and Brenda Kelley of Sebring; his siblings-in-law, Edward and Pamela Lipply (McDaniel) of Sebring; and his niece Katie. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
