He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Gates of Sebring; his daughter Cassie Holt (Ted Holt) of Rayle Georgia; his girlfriend's children, Glenn Foor and Douglas Foor; his grandchildren, Ivey, Lili Holt, Hailey, Addie Foor, Madison Hall, Hannah, Abigail Foor, Julius and Payton; and his sisters, Rachel Bauer of Alliance and Barbie Mitchell.
