He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ted Steer and Ana Steer; his wife Shirley Nutt; and his children, Diana Tenzek (Tony), Mike Steer (Judy) and David Steer (Sheila). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
