He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mills and Sylvia Mills (Endicott). He is survived by: his wife Mary Mills (Reed); his children, Eddie Mills of Sebring, Sean Mills of Sebring and Melissa Mills of Sebring; and his siblings, Lonnie Mills of East Palestine, James T. Mills of Salem, Henry J. Mills of Salem, Linda Merino of Salem and Lillian Polling of Columbiana. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Those in attendance must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the State of Ohio following proper social distancing and masks are required.
