She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace A. Matthew and Lena M. Matthew (Phillips); her husband Richard E. Phillips; and her siblings, Ernestine Mercer and Cloteel Stelt.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Stokes (Alex), David Ptak and Kay Pullo of Alliance; her grandchildren, Christopher Pullo (Jordan) and Bethany Pullo; her son Phillip Harlan (Pam) of Salem; her grandchildren, Nathan Harlan and Katherine Harlan; her daughter Trisha Austin (Dave) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Millie Austin and Lucas Austin; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Briana and Braydon; and her brother Milo Matthew.
