He is survived by: his wife Millicent Kay Marshall; his children, Kimberly Marshall of Sebring, Kevin Marshall (Tracy) of Minerva and Melissa Hooper (Bryan) of Alliance; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brandon Newell of Alliance, Levi Marshall of North Carolina and Lacy Marsahll of Minerva; and his siblings, Debra Lugano (Frank) and Kenneth Marshall of Hawaii.
