He was predeceased by: his parents, Rance Stowe and Carol Stowe (Fern). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Stowe (Ross); his daughters, Linda Sue Ward, Beth Lanham of Alabama and Bonnie McElwain (Lewis) of Florida; and his stepchildren, Pamela Cooper (Steven) of Minerva, Kimberly Tennant of Minerva, Theresa Hall (Steven) of Massillon and Kevin Riddell (Debbie) of Alliance. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, 1 brother, and many nieces and nephews.
