He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Beverly Phillips; and his brothers, Mike and Johnny. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Charity (Brian), David, Christopher (Samantha) and Kaylee (Tom); his grandchildren, Mason, Christian, Emma, Jackson, Everly, Avery and Trevor; his siblings, Billy (Marsha), Richard (Carmen), Scott and Tanya; his mother-in-law Carol; and his sister-in-law Janet.
