He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Miller and Frankie Mayfield; and his brother Bill Miller. He is survived by: his sisters, Angie Parker (Justin) and Lisa Ralph (Anthony) of Kentucky; his children, Chuck Miller, Amy of Uniontown and Angie of Barberton; and his brothers, Paul Miller (Amy) of Akron and Edward Miller of Akron. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many friends and extended family.
