She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lockhart and Verna Lockhart (Seibert); and her siblings, Phyllis Gfeller and Fred Lockhart. She is survived by: her children, John H. Moff of Columbus and Donnette Fulk (Terry) of Leetonia; her siblings, Allen Lockahrt (Beverly) of Beloit and Mary Ellen Hahlen of Sebring; her grandson Danny Moff (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Beckham Moff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
