He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Shelby (Hanning) and William Shelby Sr.; and his sister Grace Shelby. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shelby (Kelly) of Seaman; his son William Shelby III of Seaman; and his niece Karmen Singleton of Cincinnati.
