She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brown and Hazel Brown (McCleese); her son Richard Dale Shelton; and her siblings, Burl Brown, Ruth Madden and Mildred Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Shelton; her children, Pam Shreffler (Bill) of Seaman, Angela Shreffler (Rick) of Seaman, Christa Meade (Rob) of Seaman, Heather Roush (Chris) of Seaman and Chad Shelton (Christine) of Winchester; and her brother Bernard Brown (Bonnie) of Peebles. She is also survived by her sixteen grandchildren and her nine great-grandchildren.
