He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Lewis; and his wife Rosemary Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lewis of Bentonville, Pam Lewis-Kidder (Kevin) and Adam Lewis (Rebeka). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
