As Sharon departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sharon. Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Frisby (Rose) and Hannibal Frisby; her children, William King, Jr. and Emily Burns; and her brother Jeffrey Frisby.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Burns; her children, Betsy (Mark Murtaugh), Teri Frisby of Carlisle and Charles (Jennifer Burns); and her brother Alan Frisby of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Sharon's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
