He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith (Woods); his daughters, Susie McKeever of Seaman and Donna Sidebottom (Tim) of Springboro; and his siblings, Rick Smith of Seaman, Dana Smith of Seaman and Kitchie Williams of Peebles. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
