He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Doris Lewis (Hale); and his siblings, Elizabeth Batchelder and Donald Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Lewis (Park); his children, Matilda "Tilli" Henline (TC) of Mt. Orab, Lawrence "Larry" Lewis of Westmont, Illinois, William "Tony" Lewis (Wendy) of Sheridan, Illinois, Timothy Lewis (Julie) of Sheridan, Illinois and Cindy Lewis of Wadsworth, Ohio; and his sisters, Ann Sturtevant of Harrison, Maine and Imalda Arris (David) of Harrison, Maine.. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
