It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman P Kelly Jr. of Seaman, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Paul Kelly, Sr. and Dorothy Kelly (Hurt); his brother Ronnie Kelly; and his grandson Charles Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Alice Kelly (Glenn); his children, Jerry Kelly of Cherry Fork, Cinda Wilson (Thomas) of Louden, Ginny Hickerson (Jason) of Tollesboro, Kentucky and Beth Shoemaker (Glen) of Peebles; and his sister Sharon Kelly of Middletown. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and by his nieces and nephews.
